These terms cover this website. Forward Media is a small independent publisher of short videos about games and internet culture.
You may read it. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy, and no account to create. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it that aren't public.
The writing, video scripts, artwork and branding we publish are ours. You're welcome to link to them and to quote short excerpts with credit. Republishing whole videos or articles as your own is not permitted.
Our videos discuss games and software made by other people, and may include screenshots, trailer footage or store material to illustrate what something is. That material belongs to its creators and publishers, and we use it to report on and comment about their work. Music is used under its stated licence and credited in the video description.
If you made something we've covered and want a correction — or want your material removed — email us and we'll act on it promptly.
We research each subject before covering it, but release dates slip, features change and sources contradict each other. Treat what we publish as informed commentary, not as an official statement from any developer or publisher. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by anything we cover unless a video says so plainly.
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.
